To bring solid high temperature vulcanising silicone (HTV) into a perfect shape according to customer requirements is one of the strengths of Silcoplast. With our state-of-the-art systems, we produce single parts to large series in single or multi-component via a pressing process. Through semi-automated processes we can guarantee a constant, high quality of the products. Using specially designed systems, we are able to manufacture micro and small parts too. Customers out of the medical, food and general industry count on our competence. Depending on requirements, products can be produced under class 7 clean room conditions.
